EDC - GEOTHERMAL FACILITY

  • Ariescor Water proudly delivers another milestone in sustainable wastewater engineering through the Design and Build of the GRANUA® (formerly BioGraS®) Wastewater Treatment Facility for Energy Development Corporation – Geothermal Facility in Dumaguete.
  • Built with GRANUA® technology, the project supports smarter and more efficient wastewater management for the geothermal sector while promoting environmental sustainability.

MEKENI FOOD CORPORATION

  •  Ariescor Water wins the MEKENI Food Corporation Project in Porac, Pampanga, for the Design and Rehabilitation of the 400 CMD Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to improve treatment efficiency and support sustainable food manufacturing operations.
  • Designed to restore and optimize the facility’s wastewater treatment performance, the rehabilitation project focuses on enhancing system reliability, improving effluent quality, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards. Through upgraded treatment processes and engineering improvements, the facility benefits from more efficient operations, reduced environmental impact, and long-term operational sustainability. 
  • This project reflects our continued commitment to technical excellence, environmental responsibility, and sustainable industrial development, helping build a stronger and greener future for Philippine industries.

RFM CORPORATION - CABUYAO PLANT

  • Ariescor Water Lands another project for RFM Corporation in Cabuyao, Laguna, for the Supply and Installation of a 300 GPM Water Softener and Sand Filter System for its food manufacturing operations.
  • Engineered to improve water quality and operational efficiency, the system was designed to support the strict process requirements of the food manufacturing industry. Through advanced water softening and filtration technology, the facility benefits from reduced scaling, improved equipment protection, and more sustainable water management operations.
  • Ariescor Water remains committed to delivering high-performance engineering solutions that help industries operate cleaner, safer, and more efficiently.
  • This project reflects our dedication to combining innovation, technical expertise, and environmental responsibility — helping build a stronger and more sustainable future for Philippine industries.

KERITH BROOKS TRADING

  •  Designed and built to treat 5 m³/day of animal feed wastewater, this compact and modular GRANUA® (Formerly BioGraS®) (Modified Batch Reactor) SBR system offers one of the smallest footprints in the market, helping minimize both CAPEX and OPEX while maintaining efficient wastewater treatment performance. 
  • Suitable for animal feed and vegetable oil manufacturing applications, the system occupies a total area of only 4 sqm, making it ideal for facilities with limited space. 
  • This project was successfully implemented in Pandi, Bulacan, under a complete Design and Build scope. 

Power4All Inc. - JULIAN PATINDIG ARAW WATER PUMPING STATION

  • Ariescor Water was commissioned to provide the supply and installation of a 4 MLD water treatment system, including the Process Tank, Break Tank, Raw Water Intake, Mechanical Piping, and Support Structures. 
  • Utilizing a River Water to Purified Water Process, the project was designed to support the operational requirements of a water concessionaire, ensuring a reliable and efficient water supply. 
  • Executed under a Supply and Installation scope, the facility has a treatment capacity of 4 MLD and is located in Imus, Cavite. 

REFORMISTA PUBLIC MARKET

  • Ariescor Water designed and built a two-story GRANUA® (Formerly BioGraS®) wastewater treatment system for the Limay Reformista Public Market, engineered to efficiently treat the market’s wastewater discharge while maximizing space utilization.
  • The treated effluent is recycled for cleaning purposes and serves as an additional water source for the municipality’s fire protection system, promoting sustainable water management. 
  • Designed for public market applications, the facility has a treatment capacity of 30 CMD (30,000 liters/day) and was delivered under a complete Design and Build scope in Limay, Bataan. 

LIMAY RURAL HEALTH UNIT

  • A GRANUA® (Formerly BioGraS®) wastewater treatment system designed and constructed to treat 20 m³/day of wastewater generated by a healthcare facility. 
  • Engineered with a compact and efficient design, the system delivers reliable treatment performance while maximizing available space, making it well-suited for healthcare applications with stringent environmental requirements. 
  • The project was completed under a Design and Build scope and is located in Limay, Bataan.

ELISON HOTEL

  •  A GRANUA® (Formerly BioGraS®) wastewater treatment system designed and built to treat 10 m³/day of domestic sewage generated from hotel rooms and laundry operations. 
  • Utilizing the simple yet effective BioGraS™ process, the system provides reliable wastewater treatment while maintaining a compact footprint of only 6 sqm, making it ideal for hospitality and laundry applications with limited available space. 
  • Delivered under a complete Design and Build scope, the facility is located in Balanga, Bataan. 

GRREGG SHORE RECEPTION FACILITY

  •  A Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system designed and built to clarify wastewater by effectively removing suspended solids and oil contaminants. For the Gregg Shore Project, the system was engineered to treat engine used-oil wastewater, utilizing air flotation technology to separate oil from water. 
  • The process is enhanced through the application of coagulants and flocculants, improving both solid–liquid and oil–water separation efficiency.
  • Designed for industrial applications, the facility has a treatment capacity of 5 CMD and was delivered under a complete Design and Build scope in Mariveles, Bataan.

RFM CORPORATION - CABUYAO PLANT

  • An Ariescor SBR™ rehabilitation and upgrade project designed to increase the treatment capacity of an existing wastewater treatment facility from 1,000 m³/day to 1,500 m³/day (1.5 MLD). Serving a food processing facility specializing in milk and sauce production, the project involved the treatment of both processing and domestic wastewater. 
  • By leveraging Ariescor Water’s Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Rehabilitation Program, the capacity upgrade was achieved without the need for additional treatment tanks, optimizing existing infrastructure while minimizing capital costs and site disruption. 
  • The project was delivered under a Design, Rehabilitation, and Upgrade scope and is located in Cabuyao, Laguna.

LIMAY DIALYSIS CENTER

  • A GRANUA® (Formerly BioGraS®) wastewater treatment system designed and constructed to treat 20 m³/day of sewage generated by the Limay Municipality Dialysis Center. 
  • The compact system was specifically selected to address the site's limited available space while providing an efficient and reliable treatment solution. Utilizing BioGraS™ technology, the facility offers a simplified treatment process, easier maintenance requirements, and automated operation for enhanced performance and convenience. 
  • Delivered under a complete Design and Build scope, the system occupies a total area of only 9 sqm and is located in Limay, Bataan.

ARAULLO - SAN JOSE

  • A GRANUA® (Formerly BioGraS®) sewage treatment system designed and built to treat 25 m³/day of domestic wastewater generated by a school or university facility. 
  • Engineered for compactness and cost efficiency, the system provides reliable wastewater treatment while minimizing space and operational requirements.
  • Equipped with tertiary treatment, the facility enables treated water reuse for toilet flushing and landscape irrigation, supporting sustainable water management practices. 
  • Delivered under a complete Design and Build scope, the project is located in San Jose, Nueva Ecija.

ARAULLO UNIVERSITY - SOUTH CAMPUS

  • A GRANUA® (Formerly BioGraS®) sewage treatment system designed and built to treat 15 m³/day of domestic sewage for an educational facility. Engineered with the same innovative BioGraS™ design principles, the system provides one of the smallest footprints and lowest-cost sewage treatment solutions in the market while maintaining reliable treatment performance. 
  • The facility also incorporates an additional tertiary treatment system, allowing treated water to be reused for toilet flushing and landscape irrigation, promoting water conservation and sustainability. 
  • Delivered under a complete Design and Build scope, the system occupies only 10 sqm and is located in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija.

CITISCAPE LIFESTYLE CENTER

  • A GRANUA® (Formerly BioGraS®) wastewater treatment system designed and built for a commercial complex in Dagupan, Pangasinan, providing an efficient and space-saving solution for wastewater management. The system was selected for its compact footprint, ease of operation and maintenance, and advanced automated treatment process. 
  • To maximize existing infrastructure and reduce project costs, the design integrated the site's existing septic tank, utilizing its capacity as both a Holding Tank and Sludge Holding Tank. 
  • Delivered under a complete Design and Build scope, the facility has a treatment capacity of 10 m³/day, occupies only 5 sqm, and demonstrates the flexibility and efficiency of BioGraS™ technology for commercial applications.

ENERGY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION - BAGUIO

  • A 10 CMD GRANUA® (Formerly BioGraS®) wastewater treatment system designed and constructed to provide advanced wastewater treatment for the guest facility of Energy Development Corporation. 
  • Engineered to adapt to Baguio City's unique terrain and cooler climate conditions, the system delivers reliable and efficient treatment performance while maintaining a compact and sustainable design. Ideal for residential and guest accommodation facilities. 
  • The project was completed under a full Design and Build scope with a treatment capacity of 10 CMD (10,000 liters/day) and is located in Baguio City, Benguet. 

KUYA J'S RESTAURANT

  • A GRANUA® (Formerly BioGraS®) Mobile STP designed and commissioned to treat 10 m³/day of food and commercial wastewater generated by a quick-service restaurant operating within a limited space. 
  • Engineered to handle high-strength wastewater loads, the system provides an efficient treatment solution that would traditionally require much larger tanks. With its compact and innovative design, BioGraS™ delivers reliable performance while occupying only 4 sqm, making it ideal for space-constrained commercial establishments. 
  • The project was completed under a full Design and Build scope and is located in Baclaran, Manila City.

ASA COLORS AND CHEMICALS, INC.

  • A GRANUA® (Formerly BioGraS®) wastewater treatment system designed and built to treat 10 m³/day of domestic sewage generated by a chemical manufacturing facility.
  • The system was specifically engineered to address site constraints such as limited available space and manpower by utilizing a simplified, automated treatment process that minimizes operational requirements. 
  • To maximize existing infrastructure and optimize project costs, the design incorporates the facility’s existing septic tanks as buffer and sludge holding zones. 
  • Delivered under a complete Design and Build scope, the system occupies only 5 sqm and is located in Bocaue, Bulacan.

OLONGAPO SANITARY LANDFILL

  • An Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP)-based landfill leachate treatment system designed, rehabilitated, and automated to treat 18 m³/day of landfill leachate generated by a sanitary landfill facility in Olongapo City, Zambales.
  • The system was specifically engineered to improve leachate treatability by reducing heavy metal concentrations and increasing biodegradability, enabling more effective downstream treatment through the existing Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC) process.
  • Process optimization and efficient utilization of the available treatment area were implemented to maximize treatment performance while minimizing the need for major civil works and facility expansion.
  • To enhance sludge management and support environmental compliance, a Sludge Drying Bed was incorporated into the system for the proper handling, disposal, and potential reuse of generated sludge.
  • Delivered under a complete Design, Construction, Installation, and Automation scope, the upgraded facility provides a reliable and sustainable solution for landfill leachate treatment in Olongapo City, Zambales.

NOVALICHES GENERAL HOSPITAL

  • An AriescorSBR™ (Sequencing Batch Reactor)-based sewage treatment plant designed, corrected, rehabilitated, and automated to treat 30 m³/day of wastewater generated by a hospital facility in Novaliches, Quezon City.
  • The system was engineered to maximize the available 36 sqm footprint while improving treatment efficiency, operational reliability, and compliance with wastewater discharge standards.
  • Utilizing Ariescor Water’s SBR technology, the upgraded facility provides a compact and automated treatment solution ideal for space-constrained healthcare facilities.
  • Delivered under a complete Design, Supply, and Rehabilitation scope in Novaliches, Quezon City.
